34. Create Courses
If you have had a book or a service before, or you are an expert at something (even DIY!) and people are constantly asking you certain questions repeatedly; it is a good topic to start a course! You already have those students who may be interested. Here’s your chance!
Create a blog. I purposely kept this form of WAHM job for last. 😀
The reason is because this is not a ‘get rich quick or get popular’ scheme. It requires hard work, experience with writing on the web, good graphic skills, ability to take good clear pictures, a good understanding of how social media works and then an idea of how to DIY technical backend stuff. Also, it takes a bigger investment to start before you see results.
You also need to know how bloggers earn money. For someone who has got things right from the start, it takes atleast 6 months for them to start making money and seeing results.
Blogging is a good way to earn passive income. Once you’re established, you will be working less (but no less harder) and the money comes in without you working all the time.
But for that to happen, you need to work VERY hard and be willing to spend a lot on educating yourself and investing in your business. For ideas on how bloggers earn, visit my Blogging website here.
