Simple Tie Key Chains: Kid Made Gifts
Simple tie key chains are perfect gifts that your little one can make for their dad, grandad or even a male teacher. This is a post I have been meaning to share for a long time. We first made this tie keychain when my son was 7years old for his teacher. We made it again for his uncle and then later for his dad. It’s a perfect keepsake and oh-so-easy to make. You only need two things!
This year again, my 4 and 5 year old daughters made it for their daddy for his birthday. It is perfect for little hands and a totally no mess activity. They were so happy they could tie a knot! 😀

We make a lot of kid made gifts in our home. Part of it is because I craft with my children often. We have an hour each afternoon where Mom and kids work together on a theme. Some days it’s art, some days it’s craft, we cook, make science and discuss a book too. That’s five days of fun.

This was a crafty day fun. I had bought these cheap fancy ribbons at a lace shop. These are very common. You can even find them on Amazon. The rings are very easily available at any craft store. You can use the rings only type like I have done or use the hook type. In either case these keychains turn out really nice.
