Where is Tamer Tamara in Jeddah
If you are looking for yarn or sewing supplies you will want to see Tamer and Tamara shop in Jeddah. Here is a review of where this shop is and what it contains.

A few weeks ago, I got a chance to look up my old favorite craft shop Tamer and Tamara. This shop was previously at Khaled bin Waleed in Sharafiyyah district in Jeddah.
Ever since I wrote in my Yarn Shops in Jeddah post that Tamer Tamara had moved, many readers had stopped by and commented about their new location. Some of you even wrote long emails explaining the route. I am very thankful to all of you who helped me find the new directions to the shop.
I guess, this means, it is everybody’s favorite yarn shop! I was told it was close to Shatea al Souq near the Cornish but the rest of the directions seemed a bit confusing. I had to check it out so that I could update the post properly.
We went to Tamer Tamara located in Souq al Shatea and soon found a small shop. I was very surprised because the Khaled ibn Waleed branch was quite a big showroom and this one looked very tiny. Cozy little place no doubt, but smaller than what I had anticipated. I went in to see if they were really the same people and sensed the air of familiarity as I entered. My husband came in a few minutes later and we got a chance to inquire if they were really the same one.
Yes, they were! They had indeed moved and now they had two shops around Souq al Shatea . Yes, you read that right:
Tamer Tamara has two branches around Souq al Shatea.
We quickly paid for our purchases and excitedly went off searching for the other shop.

The other Tamer Tamara looked more like the old showroom that I knew! It is at the corner of Ahmed all Attas and Abdullah Jaser street. A bigger showroom that is hard to miss thankfully!
We took the right around it to see where we came out and were much surprised that it lead us straight to Prince Sultan Street heading towards Sari Street! We found ourselves right in front of the Fist Roundabout (don’t know it’s arabic name)! How could I have missed it all these years??! :0

So there you go people: Tamer Tamara is at Souq al Shatea and they have two branches in the area! Have you been there? If you are interested in knowing what they sell, check out the original post here. Need more places to buy yarn or craft material? Check out this post on where to find art and craft supplies.
