Zhongguojie- Chinese Knots

It looks difficult but it isn’t. It is something really unique, just fiddling around with your fingers and VOILA! The pink knot is called a Monkey’s Fist knot. it is good as keychain, mobile charm, etc. The yellow and pink one is called the Panchang Knot. It is tricky and I have seen people do it on their hands… I used a cork board and pins. It took me some 20minutes to do it. It is the only one which was ‘hard’. I’ll post the link in the next post. There are so many links!
The round knot is the Turk’s head. I don’t know why it is called that. It can be pulled in to a ball too. And the weaving is… well just weaving on my fingers… I just taught myself to do that. The dragonfly, the first time I tried it up close.
Your Chinese knots are beautiful ma sha Allah!
